Exhibit A:    Bidders Under This Exhibit Must Be Registered Dealers Under The Motor Vehicle Dealers Act And must Be A Registered Dealer With The Manufacturer Of The Product On Which They Are Bidding.  If Proof Of Registration Is Requested And Not Provided, The Bid Will Be Rejected.
