* Electronic Submissions Only * The Town Of Oakville (the Town) Invites Proposals For Services Described As: The Successful Contractor(s) Will Be Responsible For Pruning Trees Located Within The Specific Area(s) Assigned To Them.  The work Will Involve Tree Pruning on Street Trees On public Property.  this Will Include and will Not Be limited to: Pruning and elevation of limbs/branches, Hazard reduction, Including Hanging Limbs And Or Broken Branches As Well As All Deadwood. Contractor(s) Must Provide All Labour, Material, Tools, Equipment, Safety Barricades, Protective Covers, Supervision And All Other Necessary Items For All Site Preparation, Removals And Service In Accordance With The Prescribed Work Assignments. Award Is Subject To 2025 Budget Approval. Award Of The proposal will Be Made By The Town As Soon As Possible Following Budget Approvals Which Are Currently Scheduled For December 2024. Should Budget Not Be Approved For This Work, The Town Reserves The Right To Cancel This Rfp At Their Sole Discretion.
