 scope Of Work The Town Of Ingersoll Requires The Following Scope Of Work To Be Completed. Location Newman Street (unopened Livens Lane) In The Clark Road Industrial Subdivision: A. Erosion Control Measures Of The Entire Site. B. Placement Of A Temporary Entrance, And Removal Upon Completion. C. Complete Removal Of The Existing Stockpiles Of General Material And Topsoil D. Site Grading Upon Completion Of Stockpile Removal. The Scope Of Work Includes Any Works Contingent To The Completion Of The Project Deliverables Specified In The Scope Including But Not Limited To Necessary Excavation, Pumping, Drainage, Fencing, Disposal Of Excess Materials. All Such Works And Other Related Works Required To Complete The Contract As Specified And/or Shown On The Drawings Shall Be Supplied By The Contractor And Shall Form A Part Of The Scope Of Work Identified In This Tender Document.
