Negotiated award with public participation competition (service) Mobile sanitary facilities and temporary sewage system for Wäldchestag 2025 The Tourismus+congress GmbH Frankfurt is the organizer of Wädchestag 2025 (June 6th to June 10th, 2025), which takes place annually in Frankfurt's city forest. Mobile sanitary facilities are required for this. In addition, a temporary sewage system must be installed in this context, which must largely be equipped with pumping and lifting systems. This sewage system is used on the one hand to dispose of the black water generated by the sanitary containers, but on the other hand also to dispose of the gray water generated by the stand operators. Some of the grey water that is produced must be collected using tanks (approx. 1,000 L each). Due to the lack of discharge options (several times a day), these tanks must be pumped out using a vacuum truck (several times a day) and disposed of accordingly. The limited discharge options also require the use of waste tanks for the sanitary facilities (at least 10,000 L). Please refer to the appendix for a specific list of services (LV) with mandatory delivery dates for the required materials. The capacities (number of toilets, urinals and washbasins) and container sizes listed in the LV are guidelines that can be slightly deviated from (+/- 10%). The contractor must also provide a standby service during opening hours, which empties any tanks at regular intervals and as required. An initial supply of the sanitary facilities is assumed.
