Restricted tender with competition for participation (service) Security services with mobile vehicle barriers around the turn of the year 2024/2025 in Frankfurt am Main. On behalf of the public order office, Tourismus+congress GmbH Frankfurt am Main is responsible for commissioning the security service for the turn of the year 2024/25. In order to meet this requirement, we are looking for companies that can carry out the following services: 1. Provision of around 66 security employees from 12/31/2024, 7:00 p.m. to 01/01/2025, 5:00 a.m. Of these, three section heads and one operations manager (660 hours). 2. Provision of 8 barrier vehicles, each with at least. 3.5 T as well as the staffing of the barrier vehicles with 2 each and a total of 16 security staff with a class B driving license from 8:00 p.m. on December 31, 2024 to 4:00 a.m. on January 1, 2025 (128 hours). The tasks include - Patrol - Staffing/guarding defined locations - General security activities as instructed - Staffing vehicle barriers - Keeping fire service passageways and escape routes clear - Visual monitoring of technology/infrastructure measures (cable mats, fences, canals, toilets, etc.) and, if necessary, setting up or reporting. - Stewardship - Additional tasks may be added at short notice Before final coordination with the security authorities, the expected number of hours for the entire package is approximately 788 hours for security staff. The order is placed by Tourismus+congress GmbH, which acts exclusively as an agent and internal service provider for the public order office. The briefing, processing, organization and implementation is controlled by the Frankfurt police.
