The Tourism Infrastructure And Enterprise Zone Authority, Through The Approved General Appropriation Act, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Five Hundred Million Pesos Only (p 500,000,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc), As Payment Contract For The Mayon Volcano Heritage Aesthetic Lighting At Albay Under Design And Build Scheme Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Tourism Infrastructure And Enterprise Zone Authority Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within Four Hundred Twenty (420) Calendar Days.
