The required prior work experience for the bidder includes a minimum of 7 years' experience in permanent installation of Illuminations in Government/Semi-Government/Local Government Body. The bidder should have completed similar works with the following criteria: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost (Rs. 3,06,95,296.4), - Or, two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost (Rs. 3,83,69,120.5), - Or, one similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost (Rs. 6,13,90,592.8). Additionally, the bidder should have experience in Operation, maintenance, and DLP for 5 years of similar kind of work. The team leader/project manager should have a minimum of 10 years of experience. Other key staff such as light specialist and electrical engineer should have a minimum of 5 years of experience, and Assistant Manager O&M should have 5 years of experience. Electrical Engineer should have a minimum of 3 years of experience. The percentage of similar works completed are 40%, 50%, and 80% of the estimated cost (Rs. 7,67,38,241). The corresponding values are Rs. 3,06,95,296.4, Rs. 3,83,69,120.5, and Rs. 6,13,90,592.8 respectively.
