The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one similar type of work amounting to 80% of the estimated cost, or two similar works amounting to 50% of the estimated cost, or three similar works amounting to 40% of the estimated cost in the last 07 years. The estimated cost of the work is Rs. 9,04,06,206. This means the bidder should have completed at least one similar work of Rs. 7,23,25,365 (80% of 9,04,06,206), or two similar works of Rs. 4,52,03,103 each (50% of 9,04,06,206), or three similar works of Rs. 3,61,62,482 each (40% of 9,04,06,206) in the last 07 years. Additionally, the bidder should have executed in any one year, the minimum quantities of the following items of work: 1. RCC Dome having a minimum span of 15 meters. 2. Tensile Roofing – 200 Square meters. 3. Stamped Concrete– 425 Square meters. 4. Acoustic Panelling / Ceiling – 275 Square meters. 5. Texture Plaster- 975 Square meters. The bidder should also have a Project Manager with not less than three years’ experience of similar work and another qualified Engineer having three years’ experience in similar works. Out of the two mentioned above, a minimum of one Engineer shall have to be available on site for full time (Working time). The bidder should have a proven track record of completing such work in the stipulated time. The bidder should preferably have their own infrastructure for all activities for such works. The bidder should have achieved an annual turnover of at least 75% of the annual cost of work during any of the last 07 (Seven) financial years. The annual cost of work is Rs. 6,02,70,807 per year. The required annual turnover is at least 75% of this amount, which is Rs. 4,51,53,055.50. The bidder should also have a valid certificate as a Registered Contractor with the P.W.D Dept. Government of Maharashtra in an appropriate class.
