The bidder should have prior work experience of at least 5 years. For the key personnel, the required experience is as follows: - Project Incharge: 10 years for BE/BTech in Civil or 5 years for Conservation Architect - Resident Engineer: 5 years for BE/BTech in Civil - Site Supervisor: 2 years for Diploma in Civil The bidder should have experience in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last Five years. The bidder should have completed similar types of works in the last five years, with the following conditions: - The cost of similar works should not be less than the project cost/work portion of the given work portion/cost of the project. - Alternatively, the bidder/contractor should have completed: - A minimum of THREE similar types of works (projects) with a minimum cost not less than 40% of the cost of the given work. - A minimum of TWO similar types of works (projects) with a minimum cost not less than 50% of the cost of the given work. - A minimum of ONE similar type of work (project) with a minimum cost not less than 80% of the cost of the given work. At least 3 out of 5 criteria should be fulfilled by the bidder/contractor, with the total cost not exceeding 30% of the cost of the work portion of this tender. The bidder/ contractor should have completed minimum TWO similar types of works (projects), with a minimum cost of which should not be less than 50% of the cost of the given work. Alternatively, the bidder/ contractor should have completed minimum ONE similar type of work (project), with a minimum cost of which should not be less than 80% of the cost of the given work. To qualify for the award of the contract, each bidder should have, in the last five years, satisfactorily completed at least one similar work of value not less than the amount indicated in the Appendix. The bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover (in all classes of Conservation works only) of the amount indicated in the Appendix in any one year. The annual work portion should be at least 75% of the work given (annually). The bidder/contractor should have a minimum turnover of 75% of the work given annually for the last five years.
