The required prior work experience for the bidder includes satisfactorily completing at least one similar type of work amounting to 80% of the estimated cost, or two similar works amounting to 50% of the estimated cost, or three similar works amounting to 40% of the estimated cost in the last 7 years. The specific values for the required prior work experience are: - One similar work: 80% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 8,80,00,000 - Two similar works: 50% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 5,50,00,000 for each work - Three similar works: 40% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 4,40,00,000 for each work The estimated cost of the work is Rs. 11,00,00,000. Additionally, the bidder should have executed in any one year, the minimum quantities of the following items of work: 1. PICC Work – 357.60 Square meter. 2. Vitrified Tiles – 464.70 Square meter. 3. Shingles on roof- 386.70 Square meter. 4. Gypsum Plaster- 805.50 Square meter. 5. Point Wiring- 198 Point. The bidder should also have a proven track record of completing such work in the stipulated time and should have availability for the work of Project Manager with not less than three years’ experience of similar work and other one qualified Engineer having three years’ experience in similar works. The bidder should have achieved an annual turnover of at least 75% of the annual cost of work during any of the last 7 financial years.
