The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one similar type of work amounting to 80% of the estimated cost, or two similar works amounting to 50% of the estimated cost, or three similar works amounting to 40% of the estimated cost in the last 07 years. The estimated cost of the work is Rs. 2,38,54,724. In terms of specific quantities, the bidder should have executed in any one year, the minimum quantities of the following items of work: 1. False Ceiling- 160 Square meter 2. Vitrified Flooring & Dado– 201 Square meter 3. Stamped Concrete– 570 Square meter 4. M 25 & Above – 27 Cubic Metre 5. Texture Plaster- 617 Square meter. The bidder should also have a Project Manager with not less than three years’ experience of similar work and another qualified Engineer having three years’ experience in similar works, with at least one Engineer available on site for full time. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved an annual turnover of at least 75% of the annual cost of work during any of the last seven financial years, which is Rs. 1,78,91,043/-, calculated as 75% of Rs. 2,38,54,724/-.
