The bidder is required to have prior work experience in conservation and repair works of heritage buildings/monuments of municipal corporations or other private organizations in the last 5 years. Specifically, the bidder should have experience in conservation and repair works of Archaeological Survey of India/ State Archaeology in the last 10 years. The bidder should have completed similar types of works in the last five years, with a value not less than the project cost/work portion of the given work. Alternatively, the bidder should have completed: * Minimum THREE similar types of works (projects), with a minimum cost of 40% of the cost of the given work. * Minimum TWO similar types of works (projects), with a minimum cost of 50% of the cost of the given work. * Minimum ONE similar type of work (project), with a minimum cost of 80% of the cost of the given work. Additionally, the total cost of such works should not be more than 30% of the cost of the work portion of this tender. The bidder should have prior work experience in conservation and repair work of Archaeological Survey of India/ State Archaeology in the last 10 years, with a minimum value of: - Rs. 5 crore and above (any single project) to get 15-25 marks - Rs. 2 crore to Rs. 5 crore (any single project) to get 10-15 marks - Rs. 0 to Rs. 2 crore (any single project) to get 0-10 marks The bidder should also have experience in conservation and repair work with municipal corporations or other private organizations in the last 10 years, with a minimum of: - 7 completed projects to get 4+ marks - 5 completed projects to get 3-2 marks
