Gas Supply Site Services Locate, Possible Condition Assessment Scope: Services And Deliverables On Both Under- And Above-ground Gas Lines, Meters, And Valves On Site. Locate, Review, And, If Ordered By Toronto Zoo, Provide Condition Assessment And Recommendations.  Locate Requirements: Complete Locates Of All Underground Gas Supply Lines On Site. Provide Updates On Existing Gas Site Services Drawings To Reflect Accurate Locations, Complete With Gps Coordinates For All Metering Stations And Isolation Valves. Possible Condition Assessment: The Condition Assessment Work May Or May Not Be Requested, Depending On The Cost.. If Ordered, It Will Include The Following: Condition Assessment For All Located Services, Metering Stations And Isolation Valves. Recommendations For Repair, Service, Or Replacement. General Requirements: Work To Be Completed During Normal Operating Hours, Monday – Friday. Valve Isolations To Be Coordinated, Scheduled, And Completed With/under The Supervision Of Utilities Department Staff/supervisor. Toronto Zoo Staff To Ensure Associated Equipment Is Shutdown/restarted To Accommodate Isolations. Consultant To Provide All Labour, Material, Equipment And Miscellaneous Items To Provide The Services And Deliverables Unless Otherwise Specified.
