The Tondo Medical Center (tmc) Through The National Expenditure Program (nep) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Million Seven Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (php 3,720,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Blood Bags Epa 2025 Under Ib No.2025-017.
