The contract concerns the supply of primarily parenteral consumables, which will be used by the French blood establishment Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes (aura). The contract is divided into 12 lots, each lot giving rise to a public market. Economic Operators May Submit Offers for One or More Lots. They will have to respond across all positions within a batch. The Public Market Consists of a Single-Awardee Framework Agreement Executed by the Issuance of Purchase Orders. The framework agreement is concluded with only a maximum amount for 48 months per lot. The public contract takes effect from its notification date for a period of 12 months. It is then renewable 3 times for periods of 12 months, according to the provisions of the Ccap.
