The Service Has Increased In Size Over The Past Years As Support Is Provided To All Directorates As Of 2022 Where More Than 7500 Users Benefit From The It Local Support. Except For The It Local Support Service, All Above Services Have Been Acquired Through Dedicated Open Competitions. In Contrast, The It Local Support Service Is Rendered Under The Efc2 Frame Contract Placed In 2018. The It Local Support Service Has Undergone Extensions Over The Years In Alignment With Efc2, And Is Scheduled To End On December 31st, 2024. A Further Extension Until The End Of Q1 2025 To Manage Thetransition To The New Service Provider Will Be Placed If Necessary.
