Description I. Purpose The Provision Of Security Information And Event Management System Subscription License Will Provide Real-time Analysis Of Security Alerts, Faster Detection Of Incidents And Ensure Government Regulatory Compliance Specifically Ra 10173 Or The Data Privacy Act Of 2012 Ii. Approved Budget For Contract 1. The Budget For The Said Procurement Shall Be Sourced From The Ipophl For The Calendar Year 2024. 2. The Approved Budget For Contract (abc) Is Php3m Inclusive Of All Government Taxes And Other Fees And Charges. Iii. Mode Of Procurement The Procurement Of Security Information And Event Management Subscription License Shall Be Undertaken Through Competitive Bidding Pursuant To Republic Act No. 9184 And Its 2016 Revised Irr. Iv. Scope Of Work The Project Will Cover The Following: 1. Installation Of License 2. Software License That Can Accommodate 12gb Events Per Day At The Minimum. 3. Onsite Technical Support 1 Year, 8am To 5pm, Phone, Email And Next Business Day V. Bidder Qualification Requirements A. The Prospective Bidder Must Be A Company That Has Been Continually Operating For At Least (5) Years Providing Information Technology Products And Services (i.e. Firewall, Siem, Web Security, Among Others). B. The Prospective Bidder Should Be An Authorized Partner And Has The Technical Skills And Capabilities To Implement And Support The Proposed Solution. Bidders Must Submit A Current And Valid Certification From Their Partner Which Indicates That The Bidder Is An Authorized Partner. Failure To Submit As Part Of The Technical Requirements Is A Grounds For Disqualification. C. The Prospective Bidder Must Have At Least Two (2) Certified Engineers Who Are Regular And Locally Based Employees And Must Be Certified And Trained By The Software Manufacturer. Photocopy Of The Certifications Should Be Submitted. A Certification From The Hr Or Admin Officer Of The Company Stating That These Employees Are Currently Employed Should Be Submitted. Vi. Technical Requirements The Technical Requirements Are Broken Down Into Two Categories: A. General Requirements B. Software Requirements C. Support Services Requirements Detailed Specifications Are Discussed In Annex "a" V. Subscription Installation And Activation The Software License Must Be Installed And Activated Within 30 Days From Confirmation Of The Notice To Proceed.
