Since Its Initial Implementation, The Bureau Has Received Good Reviews From Both Local And International Organizations About The Effectiveness Of The Project In Addressing And Thoroughly Discussing The Challenges Faced By Copyright-based Industries (cbls), Especially Against The Backdrop Of A Rapidly Changing And Ever-evolving Creative Landscape. For 2024, The Bcrr Will Again Host The 2nd Philippine International Copyright Summit (pics), Which Aims To Build On The Success Of Its Predecessor And Potentially Become Even Larger In Scale. The 2nd Pics Will Employ A Hybrid Format, Allowing Interested Creatives To Participate Remotely If They Are Unable To Attend In Person. With The Varying Interests Of The Different Creative Industries And The Recent Developments In Copyright, The Summit Aims To Serve As A Unifying And Equalizing Platform. It Will Bring Together Key Players And Creative Experts Who Will Share Their Knowledge And Extensive Experiences, Expert Opinions, Relevant Policies, And Perspectives, For The Creative Community For The General Public To Better Understand The Ecology And The Changing Dynamics Of The Creative Sector.
