Description Project Title: Continuing Certification To Iso 9001 :2015 Engagement Of A Service Provider Re 3rd Party Audit And Iso 9001 :2015 Certification Of Ipophl Quality Management System (qms) For A 3-year Period Requirements: A Certifying Body/service Provider Who Will Carry Out The Quality Management System Audit For The Intellectual Property Office Of The Philippines (ipophl) And Certification As To Compliance To Iso 9001 :2015 Requirements Including An Annual Audit For The Period Of Three (3) Years Covering The Validity Of Certification. Qualifications: • The Service Provider Has To Be An Accredited Certifying Body By The Department Of Industry - Philippine Accreditation Bureau (dti-pab) In Accordance With The Pns Iso/iec 17021-1:2015 To Provide Quality Management System (qms) Certification To Iso 9001 For The Scope Of L-75 Public Administration. • Must Also Be A Member Of The International Accreditation Forum (iaf) • Must Be In The Business Of Certifying Quality Products And Services In The Philippines For At Least Ten (10) Years. • Must Have An Experience In Auditing And Certifying A Quality Management System Of Other Government Agencies. Special Concession: The Certifying Body/service Provider Shall Accommodate Requests Of The Government Quality Management Committee (gqmc)-dbm Secretariat, I.e. Systems And Productivity Improvement Bureau (spib) And/or Other Oversight/validating Agencies/units For Information Or Documents Relative To The Iso Qms Certification/recertification.
