Multi-Implementation of an information and communications infrastructure for public schools, administrative properties and municipal companies in the Main-Kinzig district (internet, VOIP (SIP), WAN) The present award procedure is being conducted as an "open procedure" in accordance with Section 119 Para. 3 GWB, Section 15 Vgv. The open procedure is a procedure in which the public contracting authority publicly invites an unlimited number of companies to submit tenders (Section 119 Para. 3 GWB). It is a one-stage award procedure for contracts whose estimated contract value is above the EU thresholds. After the tender period has expired, all tenders received will be checked and evaluated. The client makes its award decision on this basis. Bidders whose offers are not taken into consideration are informed of this in accordance with Section 134 Paragraph 1 GWB. The award of the contract is made after expiry of the waiting period in accordance with Section 134 Paragraph 2 GWB to the most economical offer (Section 127 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 GWB). In addition to the client itself, the Alten- und Pflegezentren GmbH and the Main-Kinzig-kliniken GmbH (“authorized parties”) are also entitled to call up the framework agreement.
