Contract notice: open house original discount contracts 2022-05 desmopressin (dosage forms: sublingual tablets and orodispersible tablets) The health insurance funds pursue the goal of concluding discount agreements i.S.V. § 130a para. 8 sgb v about the active ingredient desmopressin (dosage forms: sublingual tablets and melt tablets). the contract is concluded as part of the open-house original procedure of the health insurance companies: individual negotiations about the content of the contract are not conducted, uniform conditions apply. the health insurance companies do not guarantee individual contractual partners any exclusivity. the contract period is a maximum of 24 months starting on 05/01/2022. the contract ends no later than 04/30/2024, regardless of the date of the conclusion of the contract. all further information can be found in the participation and contract documents. if the patent expires before 04/30/2024, the contract ends automatically at the end of the month of the patent expiry.Joining this open-house original procedure is possible at any time during the contract period. due to the existence of industrial property rights with regard to the contractual active ingredient, the participation and contract documents are only made available to those pharmaceutical companies who offer medicinal products for the active ingredient/ place on the market or make credible to the tk that you want to offer/market medicinal products for the active substance that is the subject of the procedure within the contract period. with all pharmaceutical companies who meet the requirements according to annex 4 to the contract (self-declaration for approval and for the company) and confirm this in electronic form according to § 126abgb , a contract is concluded. the present announcement does not relate to the award of a public contract within the meaning of the procurement law directive (2014/24/ec) or antitrust procurement law. in the interest of providing interested pharmaceutical companies with as much information as possible, this announcement is made in the supplement to the official gazette of the european union. the procedure designation "open procedure" used in the context of the present announcement text according to number iv.1.1) and the specification of the award criteria according to number ii.2.5) are due to the specifications of the announcement form and have no further meaning. neither this nor the use of the "ted" medium is associated with any submission to public procurement regulations, the validity of which is not mandatory by law or public procurement regulations.
