The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Project Manager: 10 years of experience in executing similar works, with a B.E. Degree in Civil Engineering. - Site Engineers: 5 years of experience, with a B.E. Degree in Civil Engineering, or 3 years of experience with a Diploma in Civil Engineering. - Technical Assistant: 3 years of experience, with a Diploma in Civil Engineering. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one "BUILDING" work of similar nature with a value not less than Rs.341.00 Lakhs, which is 50% of the proposed contract value, in a single agreement in any one of the preceding five years in a Government Department. Alternatively, the applicant should have satisfactorily completed at least two "BUILDING" works in two agreements of similar nature with a value not less than Rs.170.50 Lakhs, which is 25% of the proposed contract value, in any one of the preceding five years. The value of single similar nature of works executed shall be brought at the current price level with a cumulative weightage at a rate of 10% per annum. For different estimated costs of work, the experience requirements vary: - Above Rs.1,00,000/- and up to Rs.5.00 lakhs: no specific experience mentioned. - Above Rs.5.00 lakhs and up to Rs.10.00 lakhs: one Diploma holder with three years experience. - Above Rs.10.00 lakhs and up to Rs.25.00 lakhs: a B.E. (Civil) with 3 years of experience, or one Diploma holder. - Above Rs.25.00 lakhs and up to Rs.50.00 lakhs: a B.E. (Civil) with 3 years of experience, or equivalent degree holder with 3 years of experience. - Above Rs.50.00 lakhs: a B.E. (Civil) or equivalent degree holder with three years of experience. The bidder should provide details of similar building works completed in the preceding five years, including the total value of the work and the actual value of work executed.
