Above Rs.25.00 lakhs and up to Rs.50.00 lakhs: - One B.E., (Civil) with 3 years experience plus two diploma holders in Civil Engineering - Or, one B.E., (Civil) with 3 years experience plus two retired junior engineers. For works valued above Rs.50.00 lakhs, one of the requirements is a B.E. (Civil) or equivalent degree holder with three years experience. Additionally, two Diploma Holders in Civil Engineering with 3 years and 5 years experience respectively can also bid for works valued above Rs.10.00 lakhs and up to Rs.25.00 lakhs.
