The required prior work experience for the bidder includes 3 years of experience in running a mess for students, specifically for 500 or more persons/students. Additionally, the bidder must have experience in providing similar services to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU, with specific requirements including: 1. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost; 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost; 3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The values and percentages mentioned for similar works completed are 40%, 50%, and 80% of the estimated cost. Furthermore, the bidder's average annual turnover for the last 3 years should be at least 440 Lakh.
