Above 25,00,000 and up to 50,00,000: - One B.E., (Civil) with 3 years experience plus two diploma holders in Civil Engineering - Or, one B.E., (Civil) with 3 years experience plus two retired junior engineers. For works valued above 50,00,000, the requirements include: 1. One B.E. (Civil) or equivalent degree holder with three years of experience. 2. One retired Assistant Executive Engineer.
