The Cordillera Institute Of Technical Education (csite) Of Technical Education And Skills Development Authority – Cordillera Administrative Region (tesda-car) Through The National Expenditure Program (nep) For The Cy 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Million Three Hundred Fourteen Thousand Five Hundred Twenty Pesos And 58/100 (₱3,314,520.58) Being The Abc To Payments For The Provision Of Security Services Requirements For Tesda Car - Csite For Fy2025. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. This Procurement Activity Is Being Undertaken In Accordance With Gppb Circular 06-2019 And Resolution No.14-2019 Issued On July 17, 2019 On The Guidelines For The Implementation Of Early Procurement Activities (epa). 2. The Tesda-car Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Fy2025. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
