Invitation to Bid for Church & Community Transformation Consultancy 1. Experience in Integral Mission 2. Understanding of Tearfund’s Theory of Poverty and 4 Relationships Theology 3. At Least 3 Years Experience in an Initiative for Church and Community Transformation (Cct), Preferably a Tearfund-developed Cct Process; Church & Community Mobilisation Process (Ccmp), Umoja, Discovery Etc. 4. Experience in Adapting, Contextualising and Strengthening Cct for Specific Contexts 5. Experience in Facilitation or Delivery of Training, Particularly With Church Leaders and Theological Leaders 6. Experience in Writing Theology Documents and Training Materials the Generic Requirements for Each Consultant Are Set Out Above. At the Same Time, for Each Specific Project, Differing Skills May Be Required. In Most Projects, Competent It Skills as Well as Good Written and Spoken English Will Be Required. Consultants Will Also Be Required to Be Contactable by Phone and Email During a Project. For Some Projects, the Consultant May Be Required to Travel Overseas in Order to Complete the Project or Required to Visit the Teddington Office.
