Tenders are invited for Project End-line Evaluation Sustainable Economic and Agricultural Development (SEAD) 2017-2022 Tearfund an International Christian relief and Development Organisation founded by churches in the United Kingdom fifty years ago. In Rwanda, Tearfund has worked with the Church for forty one years. The overall objective of the endline evaluation study is to assess the performance of the project and capture project achievements, challenges, learnings and best practices to inform future programming.Assess the relevance, appropriateness, effectiveness and efficiency of the project implementation for years 4 and 5 in achieving the project objectives as per the logframe, the Scottish Government priorities and SDGs outlined in the proposal, Assess and measure the quality and quantity of project achievements against the project expected outcomes and outputs as per the results framework (evaluation to indicate achievement against each indicator) Assess planned and non-planned outcomes and impact of the project.
