The Tarlac State University, Through Special Budget (sb) 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Eleven Million Six Hundred Ninety-four Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty Four And 77/100 Pesos (₱ 11,694,934.77) To Payments Under The Contract For The Project: Completion Of Fire Protection System At Cted Building. Quotations Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Tsu Bids And Award Committee (bac) Now Invites Technically, Legally, And Financially Capable Contractors For The Said Project. Completion Of Works Is Required Within 180 Calendar Days From The Issuance Of Notice To Proceed. 3. The Procurement Procedure For This Requirement Is Negotiated Procurement For Two Failed Bidding Pursuant To Section 53.1 Of 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
