Description 1. The Tarlac State University, Through Special Budget (sb) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Fifteen Million Thirty Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos (₱ 15,030,700.00) To Payments Under The Contracts For The Project: Supply And Delivery Of Tsu Vehicles, Rebid. The Project Consists Of The Following Lots With Their Corresponding Abc. Lot Number Description Abc, ₱ Lot No. 1 Passenger Van 3,231,000.00 Lot No. 2 Passenger/utility Van 1,200,000.00 Lot No. 3 Passenger Van 9,005,000.00 Lot No. 4 Ambulance 1,594,700.00 Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Tarlac State University Now Invites Bids For The Project Supply And Delivery Of Tsu Vehicles, Rebid. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Forty (45) Calendar Days From The Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Must Have Completed, Within The Last Five (5) Years Prior To The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
