Description Invitation To Bid Contract Reference No. 2024-016 Goods “supply And Delivery Of Construction Materials For Carpentry, Plumbing, And Painting Of The Different Buildings Of The University The Tarlac Agricultural University, Through The Maintenance And Other Operating Expenses Of The General Appropriation Act (gaa) For Fy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Nine Hundred Forty-five Thousand One Hundred Fifteen Pesos Only (₱ 945,115.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Under Contract Reference No. 2024-016 Goods “supply And Delivery Of Construction Materials For The Carpentry, Plumbing And Painting Of The Different Buildings Of The University” Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At The Bid Opening. 1. The Tarlac Agricultural University Now Invites Bids For The Supply And Delivery Of Construction Materials For The Carpentry, Plumbing And Painting Of The Different Building Of The University. Delivery Of The Goods Is 30 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 2. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws Or Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To Ra No. 5183. 3. Payment Options/instructions Note: Payment Shall Be Made Not Later Than The Date And Time Of Bid Submission And Opening. Prospective Bidders Are Highly Encouraged To Pay The Bid Documents Fee At Least Two (2) Days Before The Deadline For Submission And Opening Of Bids.
