The required prior work experience for the bidder includes executing certain quantities of work in any one year of the last five years, specifically: * Earthwork: 68,387 cum, which is 30% of the total estimated quantity of 227,957.40 cum * Concrete (all grades): 8,440 cum, which is 30% of the total estimated quantity of 28,132.83 cum The bidder should also have satisfactorily completed a construction or strengthening project of a canal or repairs of structures of a canal for an irrigation project, with a cost of not less than Rs. 1043.04 Lakh (excluding GST and royalty) or Rs. 1403.20 Lakh (including GST and royalty). Additionally, the bidder should have a minimum annual turnover of Rs. 1754.00 Lakhs in any one year from the last five financial years. The similar type of work should have a value of at least Rs. 1043.04 Lakh (excluding GST & Royalty) or Rs. 1403.20 Lakh (including GST & Royalty), which is 30% of the work cost above Rs. 3476.80 Lacs. The bidder should submit a work completion certificate from an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer. The required Bid-capacity for this work is Rs. 4677.35 Lakhs, calculated as (A x N x 2) – B, where A is the maximum value of turnover, N is the number of years prescribed for completion of the work, and B is the value of existing commitments and works. A weightage of 10% annually at a simple rate will be given for arriving at the cost of work at the current price level of 2025-26.
