To determine the bid capacity required, we look at the financial criteria specified for the tender. The tender mentions an "Average Annual Turn-Over" requirement for the bidder, which varies depending on the call of the NIT. The requirements are as follows: - For the 1st Call of NIT: The average annual turnover from contracting business during any 3 financial years within the last 5 years should be at least 50% of the amount put to tender. - For the 2nd Call of NIT: The average annual turnover from contracting business during any 3 financial years within the last 5 years should be at least 40% of the amount put to tender. - For the 3rd Call of NIT: The average annual turnover from contracting business during any 3 financial years within the last 5 years should be at least 30% of the amount put to tender. Given this information, the formula to calculate the minimum average annual turnover required for each call can be represented as: 1. For 1st Call of NIT: Minimum Average Annual Turnover = 0.5 * Amount Put to Tender 2. For 2nd Call of NIT: Minimum Average Annual Turnover = 0.4 * Amount Put to Tender 3. For 3rd Call of NIT: Minimum Average Annual Turnover = 0.3 * Amount Put to Tender Where "Amount Put to Tender" refers to the value of the works in which the contractor intends to participate. Therefore, the bid capacity required in terms of average annual turnover can be calculated using these formulas, provided the amount put to tender is known.
