Details: The primary school of the Rheinsberg educational campus is located at Kiefernweg 5 in 16381 Rheinsberg. The primary school's sports hall is still located on the site, but is not the subject of this renovation measure. The property is of the Erfurt Ts 66/69 building type with a gross floor area of approx. 3,834 m². The school building consists of two wings that are connected to one another by a crossbar. The maximum dimensions of the school building are approx. 58.78m in the crossbar at its greatest extent and approx. 31.76m in depth. The property can be divided into 3 building sections: Part A: Large crossbar Part B: Connector Part C: Small crossbar The school building has four above-ground floors in part A (ground floor to 3rd floor). The connector (part B) and part C consist of 3 above-ground floors (ground floor - 2nd floor). Only part C of the school building has a full basement. This is where the heat supply handover point is located as a substation. The main connection for the district heating is in the sports hall. From there, the school is supplied via a heat route. The basement area can be reached via one of the stairwells. In part C of the building, the previous main drinking water connection for supplying the building is located under the stairs. Parts B and C of the building only have one crawl space. This is where the supply lines for the drinking water and heat media for these sections of the building are brought in, as well as the disposal lines for the waste water. The waste water is led out of the building via a short route. The school has a total of 5 connection points to the drainage network (3 in part C and 2 in part A).
