Title: Project New Government Block - H210 Architect Services G Block - Qualification description: Statsbygg Would Like, In Connection With The Project New Government Block, To Implement A Qualification Of Participants Who May Be Interested In Submitting Tenders For Architect Services G-block (ark). The Renovation Of The G-block Is A Sub-project In Construction Stage 2 In The Project New Government Block. The Contracting Ministry Is The Ministry Of Digitization And Management (dfd) And Uses The Ministry Of Finance.the Old Government Building, Currently Called The G-block, Was Completed In 1906 And Is The Oldest Building In The Government Quarter. The Building Is In Art Nouveau Style And Designed By Architect Henrik Bull. The Building Emerged As Very Modern With Waterklots, Electrical Lifts, Central Heating Installations And Aeration Installations. The Building Is Currently Used By The Ministry Of Finance And Offices For Political Management And Administration. The Total Area Is Approx. 17,400 M2 Gfa. The Functional Areas In The Building Mainly Comprise Meeting Rooms And Workplace Areas. The Building Shall Be Treated As Listed. The Assignment Includes Architect Services In All The Remaining Phases Of The Execution Of The Sub-project G Block In The Project New Government Block. The Chosen Tenderer Will Have The Role Of Responsible Engineering Architect (pro Ark) In Accordance With The Requirements In Sak 10 §12.3. See The Requirements In The Performance Description For The Engineering Design Group (yt-pg), Which Will Be Included In The Tender Documentation. Tenderers Who Are Awarded The Contract Will Be Obliged To Undertake Work For Koro Or An Artist Related To Art For This Construction Project. Koro And The Artist Shall Be Able To Place Orders On The Same Terms As The Directorate Of Public Construction And Property Can Place Additional Orders In Accordance With The Contract.
