This Is A Voluntary Ex-ante Transparency Notice Regarding Snow Ploughing At Junkerdal Customs Office. Statsbygg Currently Has A Contract With Pk Strøm. Statsbygg Would Like To Put Out A Call For Tenders For The Assignment. Statsbygg Is Of The Opinion That There Are No Other Stakeholders In The Market That Can Perform The Work In Accordance With The Necessary Requirements. If It Turns Out That No Other Organisations Express Interest In The Assignment Within 14 Days, Statsbygg Will Enter Into A New Agreement With The Current Tenderer. Conditions In The Agreement: - Snowfall Of More Than 10 Cm Must Be Ploughed Before 08:00 - In Case Of Strong Winds That Cause Snowdrifts, Ploughing Must Be Carried Out - Gritting Is Required When Needed - Snow Poles Inside The Area Must Be Placed Before The Ploughing Season So That Kerbs, Manholes Etc. Are Not Damaged During Ploughing - The Area Must Be Cleaned (swept) In The Spring So That Stones From Any Gritting Are Removed - Repair Of Any Damage To The Property Must Be Covered By The Contract Holder - Travelling Expenses Are Not Covered. - Estimated Time Consumption; Approx. 1–1.5 Hours Per Time. - Price; Hourly Rate For Execution .
