Ski Offers Framework Agreement 50.55 Office Supplies. The Framework Agreement concerns the supply of office supplies. There are the following main product groups: Filing Systems and Letter Trays, Filing Boxes and Crates, Batteries, Pads, Booklets and Notebooks, Various Office Accessories, Labels, Flipcharts, Shipping and Packaging, Hole Punches and Staplers, Binding Materials, Calendars, Labeling Machines, Label Printers and Consumables, Glue, Tape and Adhesives, Shredders, Folders and Accessories, Memo Pads, Dispensers and Index Tabs, Name Badges, Congress Badges and Business Cards, Paper, Printing Consumables, Frames and Brochure Holders, Calculators, Scissors, Knives and Cutters, Desk Accessories, Writing Instruments, Boards, Whiteboards and Accessories as well as Depot. The Framework Agreement is Divided into Three Sub-Agreements: Sub-Agreement 1 concerns the supply of paper in sheets, delivered on half pallets and pallets. Sub-Agreements 2 and 3 concern the delivery of the remaining range - however, Sub-Agreement 3 also includes the service of depot solution. This service is not included in Sub-Agreement 2. Sub-Agreement 1 is nationwide. Sub-Agreements 2 and 3 are divided geographically, so Sub-Agreement 2 as a starting point concerns customers with headquarters west of the Great Belt, while Sub-Agreement 3 as a starting point concerns the State and customers with headquarters east of the Great Belt. However, there is one affiliated customer with headquarters west of the Great Belt who wishes to have a depot solution. This customer is therefore placed on Sub-Agreement 3. Reference is made to Appendix A including the Excel file for an overview of the customers and their distribution across the sub-agreements. The framework agreement includes a purchasing obligation for the State. A number of government institutions and a number of independent institutions, etc., whose appropriation is included in the Finance Act, are, however, exempt from the purchase obligation and can make use of the framework agreement voluntarily. They thus have only a right to - but not an obligation to - use the framework agreement. The framework agreement also includes a purchase obligation for municipalities and regions that are subscribers to Ski and have joined the framework agreement. The independent institutions of the affiliated municipalities and regions are covered by the municipality's and region's accession to the framework agreement, but not by the municipality's and region's purchase obligation. The independent institutions thus have only a right to - but not an obligation to - use the framework agreement voluntarily. Finally, the framework agreement is an agreement that other customers of Ski can choose to join and commit to using after the tender date. Other subscribers are listed in Appendix A, and they may join no later than 12 months after the effective date of the framework agreement.
