Ski is a purchasing center and offers on behalf of Ski's customers a framework agreement regarding the supply of communication products referred to as Framework Agreement 50.07 Communication Products (2025). This tender is a technical re-tender of the cancelled tender of the same name, published on 17 January 2025.

Ski Offers Framework Agreement 50.21 School, Hobby and Occupational Articles. The Framework Agreement concerns the supply of school, hobby and occupational articles. There are the following main product groups: Decorative articles, Decorative items, Forming & visual art articles, Cardboard and paper, Creative production, Creative tools, Painting articles, Beads and bead plates, School articles, Jewelry making, Season and holidays, Drawing articles as well as Textiles and yarn. School articles have previously been covered by Ski's Framework Agreement 50.55 Office articles (2021), but are now covered by the Framework Agreement, which this Tender Notice concerns. The Framework Agreement is divided into 4 sub-agreements. The range is identical in the 4 sub-agreements. Sub-Agreement 1 Differs From Sub-Agreements 2-4, As Far As Delivery Fee Is Concerned In The Following Way: Under Sub-Agreement 1, The Supplier Is Entitled To A Delivery Fee Of DKK 50 Per Order, Regardless Of The Size Of The Order. Under Sub-Agreements 2-4, The Supplier Is Entitled To A Delivery Fee Of DKK 75 Per Order, If The Order's Value Is Less Than DKK 200. Each Sub-Agreement Is A Sole Supplier Agreement, Which Is Entered Into Between Ski And The Supplier. The Customers Enter Into Delivery Contracts With The Supplier On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement. It Is Evidently Seen In Appendix A To The Framework Agreement How The Customers Are Distributed Into Sub-Agreements 1-4. The Purchase Obligation Is Described In Special Appendix 1 To The Framework Agreement. The Framework Agreement Is Part Of The Joint Municipal Purchasing Program And Includes A Purchase Obligation For The Affiliated Municipalities. However, a customer may have adjusted its purchase obligation in accordance with the terms set out in Special Appendix 1. It is not possible for municipalities, including their independent institutions, that have not joined the framework agreement prior to the tender date to use it. The framework agreement is also a voluntary agreement for the other customers of the framework agreement, as set out in Appendix A. This means that it is voluntary whether they want to make use of the framework agreement.
