Contract notice: implementation of a mixed capi / cati / cawi collection system as part of the survey on household income and living conditions in luxembourg in 2022 The purpose of the silc survey is to describe each year the income and living conditions of households residing in luxembourg under different aspects, to make it possible to follow year after year the evolution of income and living conditions of households and individuals and to compare these data at european level.The mission consists in concrete terms of the following tasks: • development of electronic jway questionnaires on the basis of detailed functional specifications drawn up beforehand by statec; • development of java extensions useful for the development of electronic questionnaires and for communication with the various services; • development of end to end javascript tests using the cypress.Io framework; • development of xslt transformation sheets allowing the transformation of raw xml payloads into an xml document desired by the business; • development of xsd definition sheets allowing validation of xml responses; • drafting of documentation relating to the expected results; • participation in the acceptance of deliverables: development and execution of test plans.The objectives to be achieved within the framework of this lot are as follows: - collect data from households and individuals who are members of households in the new silc 2022 sample according to a mixed capi / cati mode through the myguichet platform; - produce and provide a report on data collection.
