The required prior work experience for the bidder varies depending on the category. For the experienced category, the bidder needs to provide a Certificate of experience and details thereof, along with a duly audited P&L account and Balance Sheet for the preceding three financial years. For the inexperienced category, bidders need to provide a copy of Income Tax return of last three years, bank statements of last one year, and other supporting documents. The bidder should have experience of Rake Handling and/or Transportation, with the experience obtained from a Manufacturer/ PSU/ Govt. Deptt./ Public Ltd. Company/ Private Limited Company dealing in the field of Foodgrains, Fertilizer, Cement, Sugar, Coarse grains or similar products. The tenderer should have executed in any of the preceding five years the work of value: (a) At least 25% of the estimated value of the contract to be awarded, in one single contract: OR (b) 50% of the estimated value of the contract to be awarded, in different contracts. In case the estimated value of the contract is less than Rupees Seven Crore Fifty lakh, Tenderer without requisite experience as mentioned above may also participate subject to providing an undertaking that an additional Performance Guarantee in the form of Bank Guarantee of 10% of the contract value from any Scheduled Bank will be given, if selected. For Internal Handling Contracts, the experience of Handling/ Handling & Transportation will be considered, and for Handling & Transport Contracts, experience of either handling or transport or both in respect of rake operation only shall be considered. The year for the purpose of experience will be taken as Financial Year (1st April to 31st March) excluding the financial year in which tender enquiry is floated. The values and percentages mentioned are: - 25% of the estimated value of the contract to be awarded in one single contract - 50% of the estimated value of the contract to be awarded in different contracts - Rupees Seven Crore Fifty lakh as the estimated value of the contract - 10% of the contract value for the additional Performance Guarantee in the form of Bank Guarantee.
