The required prior work experience for the bidder includes at least five years of experience for a Project Engineer with a B.E. (Civil) degree, and at least three years of experience for Site Engineers who are Diploma holders in Civil Engineering. The bidder should have experience in similar nature of work, with minimum quantities of works completed in multiple agreements, such as Sub grade/Embankment, GSB, WMM, DBM, BC, PCC/RCC, Steel, and Street light. The bidder should have completed similar projects costing more than Rs.125.25 Lakhs. The bidder should also have been in the Civil Engineering Construction field for at least the past five years. The Annual turnover of the Tenderer shall not be less than Rs.375.75 Lakhs in any one of the immediately preceding five years. The Bid Capacity of the Tenderer should be at least equivalent to the value of the project, i.e., Rs.250.50 Lakhs. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder needs to provide the actual value of work done as per the final bill and the value of the project as per the agreement. The details of these works should be provided in the prescribed format. The bidder should provide details of ongoing works being executed, including the name of the project, location, agreement number, total value of the project, period of completion, and balance period available for completing the remaining portion of the project. The value of work so far completed and the value of remaining portions of the project to be completed should also be provided.
