Stadtservice Hennigsdorf GmbH provides municipal services in the areas of traffic area cleaning and winter service, green space maintenance and garden and landscaping, the management of municipal cemeteries, transport and disposal services and building cleaning work. These services are provided by 50 employees in different teams, who use the fleet consisting of cars, municipal vehicles and trucks as well as various work equipment to provide these services. The current fleet is partly outdated or no longer meets the requirements of economical operational use. It is therefore planned to carry out gradual replacement purchases. The subject of this tender is therefore the procurement of 1 sweeper for the following area of application: The cleaning of public gray areas is part of the area of responsibility of Stadtservice Hennigsdorf GmbH. This includes, among other things, the inner-city streets as well as cycle paths and sidewalks, various public squares and the green verge strips between the carriageways and paths. To carry out the tasks effectively, a large sweeper is currently used for the streets and two small machines for paths and squares. One of these small sweepers is now to be replaced. In detail, the following must be managed per cleaning cycle: >> 78 km of footpaths and cycle paths, >> 77 bus stops and >> 27 public disabled parking spaces. The 4- or 8-week cleaning cycle includes around 15 cleaning tours for all required areas and paths. For the sweeper to be purchased, in addition to the offer price, the quality of the product offered, the associated services offered and the delivery times are decisive for the desired procurement goal. The defined technical requirements arise from the tasks to be accomplished by the client, the functional areas of application and the need for user-friendliness, flexible handling and ease of use, since the device is operated by several very different people.
