Vienna Health Association / Pilot Project Telemonitoring Heart Failure Patients - The Vienna Health Association (the Ag) is the largest healthcare provider in Austria and the backbone of healthcare in the city of Vienna. As part of a feasibility study commissioned by the Vienna State Target Management, the use of telemedical measures for heart failure patients is to be tested in a pilot phase and, based on this, a telemonitoring model for the care of this group of patients is to be established as part of the implementation phase.
