Main scope of work: Roof and waterproofing work - 135 m² vertical waterproofing - 225 m² horizontal waterproofing - 515 m² flat roof, slope insulation, bitumen waterproofing, extensive greening - 50 m² flat roof, slope insulation, bitumen waterproofing - 115 m parapet waterproofing - 8 parapet drains, 8 emergency drains - 60 m downpipe - 17 m² titanium zinc sheet

Main scope of work: - Replacement of the district heating HA station with a condensing boiler with modulating burners with 26 - 166 kW. - Installation of an external heat exchanger. To protect the boiler, a hydraulic separation from the heating networks is carried out, as the water quality in the heating networks cannot be defined. - Renewal of the pressure maintenance. - Renewal of the heating distributors and installation of electronically controlled pumps for each heating network and individual control of the heating circuit flow temperatures as required via return flow admixtures. - Installation of a water treatment system to soften the make-up water and for the continuous degassing of the heating water. - Renewal of the E-/MSR technology and use of remote reading and operable DDC technology. (Will be advertised separately as Lot 2).
