Service: Preparation of a municipal heat plan for the town of Erkner Dear Sir or Madam, The town of Erkner intends to carry out a negotiated award without a competition in accordance with Section 12 of the Uvgo for the following service: Preparation of a municipal heat plan for the town of Erkner By developing a municipal heat plan, the town of Erkner is pursuing the core objectives of the municipal heat transition and is initially creating the conditions for its successful implementation. In this way, the town of Erkner intends to develop a municipal heat plan that - meets the legal requirements defined by the federal legislature. - does justice to the local situation in the town of Erkner and is needs-based, practical and economically feasible. - creates the greatest possible planning security for investments by private households and companies with regard to future supply options. The preparation of the municipal heat plan for the city of Erkner is funded by funds from the municipal guidelines of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection in the amount of 90% of the eligible costs. When preparing the heat plan, the specifications of the funding provider must be strictly observed. This applies in particular to the requirement that the heat plan must be completed by April 30, 2025 at the latest. Interested bidders have until August 5, 2024 to state their wish to be included in the upcoming request for proposals. Please note that you can only apply to participate in the aforementioned measure within the scope of this publication due to its relevance to the internal market.
