The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in successfully completing or substantially completing similar work of Public/Institutional Building only having RCC framed structure, which includes complete Civil and Furniture/Interior work. Alternatively, separate projects for Civil work and Furniture/Interior work are also considered, with values of Rs. 1,07,57,700.00 for Civil work. The percentage of similar works completed is 40% of the value of the proposed contract. The amount for similar work is Rs. 1,32,45,100.00, and for separate projects, it is Rs. 1,07,57,700.00 for Civil work and Rs. 24,87,400.00 for Furniture/Interior work. Substantially completed works are those that are at least 90% completed as on the date of submission. The works may have been executed by the applicant as prime contractor or as a member of a joint venture or as a nominated sub-contractor.
