Description Invitation To Negotiated Procurement Supply, Delivery And Installation Of Furniture And Fixtures - Negotiated Procurement 1. The Southern Leyte State University-main Campus, Through The Following Funding Source: Internally Generated Fund ₱680,760.00 Total ₱680,760.00 Intends To Apply The Amount Of Six Hundred Eighty Thousand Seven Hundred And Sixty Pesos Only (₱680,760.00) Being The Proposed Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Project: Supply, Delivery And Installation Of Furniture And Fixtures - Negotiated Procurement Under Project/contract No. Pb2024-g&s-13. The Period For The Performance Of The Obligations Under The Contract Shall Not Go Beyond The Validity Of The Appropriation For The Project. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Southern Leyte State University-main Campus Now Invites Bids For The Above-titled Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Shall Be In Accordance With Section Vi (schedule Of Requirements), And Section Vii (technical Specifications) Of The Bidding Documents Reckoned Upon Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed.
