Description Invitation To Bid Design, Delivery, Installation, Testing And Commissioning Of Slsu Mini Theater Sound System 1. The Southern Leyte State University-main Campus, Through The Following Funding Source: Regular Agency Fund ₱1,200,000.00 Total ₱1,200,000.00 Intends To Apply The Amount Of One Million And Two Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (₱1,200,000.00) Being The Proposed Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Project: Design, Delivery, Installation, Testing And Commissioning Of Slsu Mini Theater Sound System Under Project/contract No. Pb 2024-g&s-05. The Period For The Performance Of The Obligations Under The Contract Shall Not Go Beyond The Validity Of The Appropriation For The Project. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Southern Leyte State University-main Campus Now Invites Bids For The Above-titled Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Shall Be In Accordance With Section Vi (schedule Of Requirements), And Section Vii (technical Specifications) Of The Bidding Documents Reckoned Upon Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii, Instruction To Bidders. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. 3.
