The Top Ranked Contractor May Be Engaged For The Majority Of The Work & Lower Ranked Contractors Engaged To Fill Capacity Issues, Dependent On The Number And Quality Of Bids Received. • The Framework Will Be Used For Repairs, Maintenance, Construction And Suchlike For Both South Tyneside Homes & South Tyneside Council • The Tender Forecast Is Indicative Only & Sth & Stc Give No Guarantee That All Or Any Of This Work Will Be Offered
