For The Councils To Best Understand The Condition Of The Fleet That May Novate Back To Them And Were A Payment For This Transfer Reflecting The Market Value Of The Vehicles To Be Made, Then A Comprehensive Audit Of The Fleet Is Required. Quotes Are Therefore Being Sought To Undertake A Full Condition Survey And Valuation Of Each Vehicle In The Current Fleet, Which All Operate Out Of The Main Depot At Culham In Oxfordshire.
